The team are introducing a new model of artist management to the music community. This is a tailored service available to all independent artists, by using a comprehensive application process, the team can construct a session that is individualised and career specific.

Georgie Winchester

From Wonnarua Country, Maitland NSW, singer/songwriter Georgie Winchester performs an indie-rock flavoured live show drawing from influences such as Madi Diaz, Boy Genius and Oasis.

2023 saw Georgie release her debut album, ‘Follow The Sound’ and supported the likes of Thelma Plum, Smith Street Band, Kim Churchill, The Rubens, Clare Bowditch, Steph Strings, Andy Golledge & The Whitlams.

Georgie is a 2024 recipient of the Australian Independent Records Association, Women In Music Mentorship program working with manager/artist Al Parkinson, is artist-in-residence at the Newcastle Lighthouse and showcased at the 2024 International Folk Alliance, Kansas City USA in March. Georgie recently released a single collaboration with friend Joel Leggett and will be recording her sophomore indie rock album in September at Dashville Studios in collaboration with Jack Nigro from Sonara Studios.

Recorded with platinum-award-winning producer & engineer Garrett Kato at Ocean Shores studio in Byron Bay, Georgie's upcoming EP 'Pretty Things' is currently being released March-August 2024. With a huge year of touring ahead (50+ Aus shows) supported by a Create NSW Grant, Georgie is supporting Maple Glider, Bob Evans, and The Smith Street Band as well as performing at the 2024 Gumball Festival, Cornfest, Port Kembla Festival and Rockhampton River Festival."

Nick Crameri

Born and bred in the vibrant steel city of Newcastle, Nick has been making waves in the local music scene since 2019 as a dynamic session musician and emerging artist manager.

With his band Slapjack, Nick has been a fixture in the Newcastle live music scene, infusing venues with their energetic live performances and the infectious happiness they bring to any room.

Playing drums for the likes of Ruby Fields, Dear Seattle, underlay, Adam Newling, Tamara & The Dreams, Daytrip & more, Nick has seen first-hand how the industry operates at all levels, and as such has provided him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the music business.

Fuelled by a passion for supporting artists, and a relentless drive to see their visions come to life, Nick has relocated to Melbourne to delve deeper into opportunities within the Australian Music Industry.

Nick's management philosophy lies in a steadfast commitment to placing artists at the forefront of every decision. With a meticulous approach to planning and execution, Nick thrives on transforming artists' aspirations into realities. Maeve Grant

Maeve is a down to earth, music industry professional with a passion for supporting and promoting independent artists. As the owner and founder of Gumnut Artists, she has established herself as a driving force within her music community.

With a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the music industry, Maeve has built her business into a reputable agency known for its commitment to artist development, nurture and success.

Her career has been marked by her unwavering passion for live music and her ability to create meaningful connections. After completing a Bachelor of Creative Industries with a major in Media and Communications in 2021, Maeve moved quickly into full-time employment as an events specialist at JC Entertainment & Events.

In 2023 she committed to launching her own business to support and advocate for original artists close to her heart. Bringing a wealth of knowledge, drive, kindness and guidance to the table, Maeve also advocates for innovation and a business mindset that caters to the needs of creatives.

She is a member of the Association of Artist Managers and has recently completed the AIR (Australian Independent Records Association) Women in Music Mentor program and was mentored by leading industry veteran Maggie Collins and continues to be mentored by Tim Dalton.

She continues to be an advocate for artists, helping them navigate the ever-evolving and extremely diverse lifestyle of being a working musician and achieving goals.
